The room was reasonably spacious with a help-yourself hot breakfast - just what was needed. the atmosphere created was quiet. - the hotel was adjacent to what New Orleans has to offer, including a sculpture garden, Morning Call, and several good restaurants on nearby Carrolton and Esplanade streets.

Reasonably spacious room with drinks are available free of charge and a hot breakfast, as example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Particularly good location, the staff were really helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming period place in the heart of Nawlins. The magnificent Magnolia Room with its en-suite bathroom was a delight. Russell, our host, provided a hot breakfast in the lovely dining room, and the bar room had a great selection of complimentary drinks. The location was perfect, with the streetcar stop just across the road and City Park nearby. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a true New Orleans experience.

The host was super friendly and welcoming. The Azalea room was incredibly spacious, perfect for adults and children. The laid-back atmosphere of the place was just what we needed. I had the most amazing stay at a charming B&B in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with beautiful oak trees and easy access to transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with antique beds and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the host were very good too make our stay nice. I stayed in the Azalea room and it was spacious. The hotel is located right next to the city park, and there is a tram stop nearby that takes you directly to Bourbon Street. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with bacon and biscuits that were particularly good. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a laid-back vibe, which I appreciated.
